NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of facility solutions, announced today the rebranding of GBM Support Services Group Limited, and its Eclipse and CGS businesses, under the ABM brand. “As ABM continues to solidify its footprint throughout the U.K., now is the right time to fully integrate the GBM brand and its businesses into the ABM family,” said Scott Salmirs, ABM CEO and President. “ABM’s business in the U.K. is more diversified than ever. Through GBM’s service offerings we have been able to expand and gain a stronger foothold in a number of ABM’s strategic industries. ABM is excited to deliver industry-specific facility solutions that are tailored to the unique needs of our U.K. clients.”
