(NASDAQ:SOHO), please note that in the first paragraph of the release, the gross sales price should be $2.2 million, not $2.4 million as previously stated. The corrected release follows:

SoTHERLY Hotels Inc. (NASDAQ:SOHO) (the “Company”) today announced that the Company has sold a 0.3 acre parcel of excess land in Atlanta for a gross sales price of $2.2 million. The land parcel was purchased by the Company in March 2014 as part of the Georgian Terrace acquisition.
