Dozens of local board members were on-hand at The University of North Florida on August 22 packing a University Center conference room to hear about all the legislative changes impacting homeowner and condominium owner associations. The special guest speakers were COA and HOA legal experts Ed Ronsman, Esq. and James Rosche, Esq. from Jackson Law Group.
