In this role, Jennifer is responsible for the efficient and profitable management of all areas under the control of the Division.

Jen has been with The Drees Company for 7 years and has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Cleveland Division that has occurred during her tenure as Sales Manager. Under Jennifer’s sales leadership, Drees Homes Cleveland Division doubled the number of sales and closings over a five year period of time. Additionally, Drees’ margins in Cleveland steadily increased; making Cleveland the most profitable Drees Homes division in 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Jen holds an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
