GLENMONT, N.Y., Sept. 1, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — American National Life Insurance Company of New York announces two new indexed annuity products, ASIA PLUS 7 and ASIA PLUS 10, available September 1, 2015. Each innovative annuity product provides up to six potential interest crediting strategies to better fit a client’s interest and needs.

ASIA PLUS 7 & 10 provide the opportunity to earn an interest based upon the performance of the S&P 500® Index without the client being directly invested in the Index. These annuities provide the opportunity to earn a higher interest rate than fixed annuities. The Client will never lose principal if the S&P 500® Index loses value. The indexed interest crediting strategies will always be credited at a minimum guaranteed interest rate.

David A. Behrens, President and COO of American National Life Insurance Company of New York stated, “ASIA PLUS 7 and 10 provide the client the flexibility to have multiple strategies in the same annuity, allowing the client to strategize the placement of premium and change their strategies as their situation changes.”

ASIA PLUS 7 & 10 offer multiple features to assist clients in various stages of life.
