RESTON, Va., Aug. 31, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Constellis, a leading, global provider of security, training and mission support services, announced today that Jim Noe will be joining Constellis Group as its new senior vice president of training and mission support.

Most recently serving as president of Eon LLC, Noe brings more than 20 years of experience to Constellis. Prior to Eon, he served as president of O’Gara Training and Services where he oversaw the acquisition of three companies and their subsequent integrations into one operating division, generating over 100 million dollars in revenue over a five-year period.

In 2001, Noe founded Critical Incident Solutions (CIS) where he built a robust government contracting program focused on bid and proposal response and resulting in the award of a major Department of State (DoS) contract providing training to U.S. embassies worldwide. He also served as a program manager for DoS for two years during which he provided chemical and biological terrorism training for the Department of Diplomatic Security; training for the Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program in Manila, and was responsible for the development of training programs for DoS regarding weapons of mass destruction.

An explosive ordnance disposal technician for the U.S. Army for seven years, Noe is a graduate of the U.S. Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal School in Indian Head, Md. He holds a master certificate from Villinova in government contracting and a degree in technology from Pierce College.

Noe rounds out a series of several key additions made to Constellis’ executive leadership team over the past month. The company appointed Rosalind Kadasi as its new chief financial officer and soon after welcomed Bill Cavanaugh as its new chief growth officer.
