Skinvisible Inc. (OTCQB: SKVI) earlier this year announced its new subsidiary Kintari. As this year comes to a close, it is critically important to get to know about Kintari. While everything we have always liked about Skinvisible continues to be important and very valid reasons to buy this stock at the current levels, Kintari is huge. This is where some serious growth can come in for 2015.

In 1998, Mr. Howlett became the founder and President of Skinvisible, Inc. where he guided the company through the start-up stages of capital formation, strategic planning and business growth; including venture capital financing. With a vision and passion for direct sales, Mr. Howlett now leads the expansion of Skinvisible’s wholly-owned subsidiary Kintari International Inc.

CDoreen McMorran
Co-Founder, VP Marketing and Operations

Doreen McMorran serves as Vice President of Marketing and Operations for Kintari International Inc., performing an integral role as the Company continues to grow in terms of new products, new distributors as well as expansion outside of North America. She contributes to the on-going strategic direction of the Company and enhancing the global reach of the Company. Ms. McMorran brings to the Company over twenty-five years of experience in the medical and dermatology / skin care industry, specifically in the areas of strategic planning, sales and marketing. She currently holds the position of Vice President Business Development for Skinvisible Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and has held senior management level positions with a number of healthcare companies, focusing on business development, sales, marketing and operations.

 

DRob Barnes
Director of Sales

Rob Barnes brings over two decades of direct sales experience to Kintari’s already strong team of experienced sales, marketing and product development personnel. He is responsible for developing and leading Kintari’s sales team globally and meeting aggressive sales objectives utilizing an independent sales force. The direct sales industry is nothing new to Rob as he was the founder and CEO of Sensaria Natural Bodycare, which he launched in 1999. He grew his company from a small business with initial annual sales of $100K to become a recognized company in the direct sales skincare market with over 5,000 independent distributors and annual revenues in excess of $20 million. In addition, Rob served on the Board of the US Direct Selling Association for three years.

 

EDr. James Roszell
Director Research and Development (Skinvisible Pharmaceuticals, Inc.)

Dr. James Roszell is a doctoral chemist with over 35 years of experience in product formulation, experimental design, analysis, and method validation. Since joining Skinvisible in 1998, he has been responsible for research and development of the Company’s patented technology, related polymer delivery vehicles, product formulations and compositions. Dr. Roszell is a joint contributor to Skinvisible’s Patent Number 6.756.059 and responsible for its fifteen patents and patents pending. Prior to joining Skinvisible, his responsibilities included ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA and other standards and regulations, maintenance of quality control, research and development for new products. Dr. Roszell’s background includes work in chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental and clinical laboratory arenas. His invaluable chemical and scientific expertise are key factors in Skinvisible’s innovative technological achievements.

 

FR. Dean Aldridge
Master Distributor

R. Dean Aldridge has over thirty years of sales experience, with over fifteen in the direct sales industry. His ability to lead, mentor and train sales teams has been his passion through-out his career, having lead sales teams of over 400,000 people. Mr. Aldridge brings that passion and experience to Kintari as Kintari’s Master Distributor. He is a multiple award winner and has climbed to the highest level of every company he has been associated with. He is often referred to as one of the top recruiters as well as one of the best relationship builders our industry has seen. His expertise has taken him to the top echelons of financial rewards and is touted as one of network marketing’s most distinguished international leaders.

 

John Pentony now represents Skinvisible Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as its investor relations coordinator internally. In the past John Pentony’s company was hired for the distribution of news and blogs about Skinvisible. John Pentony and any family member or associated companies do not hold shares, warrants or other positions in Skinvisible stock. In years past John Pentony’s company (Pentony Enterprise LLC / “PE”) has received a total of eight thousand in cash payments. In 2009 PE was compensated 500k shares of restricted stock. John Pentony has signed a contract to as investor relations for Skinvisible, and will be paid up to eleven thousand dollars during the next twelve months should the contract go for twelve months as expected.
