Further, it offers professional services that support product customizations, conversion from existing systems, data integration with other software or reporting agencies, and other technical services; and ongoing support services comprising incorporating recent insurance rates, rules, and forms changes. The company markets its products to insurance companies, agents, brokers, and managing general agents directly, as well as through consultants and other complimentary service providers. The company was formerly known as Warner Insurance Services, Inc. and changed its name to Cover-All Technologies Inc. in June 1996. Cover-All Technologies Inc. was founded in 1971 and is headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey.
