AirTouch-LightSquared Partnership Is Strengthened by a Proven Mobile Virtual Network Enabler

Dallas, Texas (December 14, 2011) – StockGuru Shines its Spotlight on AirTouch Communications (OTCBB: ATCH).  The Company announced yesterday that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Elephant Talk Communications Corporation (NYSE Amex: ETAK)  for the implementation of a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE)Platform in the United States connected to the Mobile Network of the LightSquared 4G LTE network. The agreement stipulates that Elephant Talk will provide a full Mobile Virtual Network Enabling system that includes a Gateway Support Network (GGSN), IN Intelligent Networking Platform, a Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM), a Full Rating & Billing Platform and a STP/Signaling Platform for AirTouch to launch its services in the United States. It is estimated that a definitive agreement between parties will be reached shortly.  The Company closed on December 13, 2011, at $2.20, trading in a fifty-two week range of $4.90 – 1.85.

AirTouch products converge various services including voice, data/Internet, security services and video over the cellular network. AirTouch provides next generation, high-performance, consumer friendly cellular cordless telephone technology and wireless signal amplification products to businesses and consumers. These include its cell@home, HomeConnex, UFO and Focal Point products which are and will be sold through various channels.

Using the LightSquared network, AirTouch intends to offer its own branded wireless connectivity, opening up an important new revenue stream. Consumers and businesses that purchase AirTouch products will be able to conveniently sign up for accompanying AirTouch wireless connectivity for those devices. AirTouch plans to offer its devices through LightSquared’s other wholesale partners as well.

AirTouch intends to offer a variety of home/office/small PBX wireless communication equipment to truly converge various services on one hardware platform and offer many applications distinctively dedicated for home/office applications. Elephant Talk’s proprietary software will enable AirTouch to offer embedded PBX solutions without deploying an expensive hardware platform.
