Henry of Integrated Freight Corporation

Integrated Freight Corporation’s (OTCBB: IFCR) goal is to be the number one largest freight carrier in the United States. Paul A. Henley incorporated Integrated Freight Systems for the purpose of acquiring and consolidating operating motor freight companies through a nationwide roll-up strategy. The operating side of the business started with the purchase of two well established motor freight carriers. The company added its fourth acquisition on April of 2011, and they currently have several target companies. Completed acquisitions include: Cross Creek Trucking, Morris Transportation, Smith Systems and Triple C Transport. These subsidiaries are operating as independent companies under the management of their founders and stockholders. Integrated Freight expects this management arrangement to continue while they gradually combine their operations with the Integrated Freight Nationwide Management System.

Historically the subsidiary companies have operated in well-established geographic traffic lanes defined by the customers’ distribution patterns. Under the company’s roll-up and integration strategy, the company can take advantage of overlap within the most heavily traveled lanes, especially between points in the upper Midwest and Texas, to realize increased cost and productivity improvements and streamline brokered freight. This will result in a reduction in SG&A costs by streamlining redundant tasks including financial accounting, dispatch, management and physical locations maintenance. Integrated Freight is able to secure purchasing power via national accounts for fuel, tires, parts, and insurance – lowering overall fleet maintenance costs via these nationwide service contracts. Finally, the company anticipates that the formation of a company wide in-house brokerage and logistics systems will allow for added revenue capture as Integrated Freight Systems progresses towards its goal of becoming one of the largest freight carriers in the United States.
