Medina International Holdings, Inc. formed Medina Marine, Inc. in 2006, as a wholly owned subsidiary for the sole purpose of manufacturing modern rescue, patrol and fire rescue watercrafts.

Medina Marine, Inc. manufactures a patented recreational watercraft known as the Vortex.  The company also has two models of Patrol and Recue Jet Watercrafts (12feet and 15 feet) together with one model of Fire Rescue Jet Watercraft (15feet).  Among its diverse applicability, the Patrol and Rescue Jet watercrafts are engineered to aid the authorities in safeguarding the waterways around water-based establishments such as seaports and oil refineries, and performing rescue operations during vital times around lakes and coastal communities.
