- Recently CNYC entered into an engagement letter with MGI Securities Inc. (“MGI”)
- MGI has agreed to act as the agent for a private placement offering of 4,285,714 units (“Units”) at a price of CDN $0.35 per Unit (the “Offering Price”) for gross proceeds of up to CDN $1,500,000 (the “Brokered Offering”).
- Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share of Canyon’s common stock at a price of CDN $0.50 per share for a period of eighteen months from the date of issuance of the Units.
