Technical sessions for the Automation Fair are selected from hundreds of applicants. Only the highest levels of innovation are invited to present. ESTeem was asked to present a case study on the new wireless network designed for an Energy Management System currently in use at the new Ford Motors diesel engine assembly plant in Chihuahua City, Mexico. The case study of the Ford Engine plant’s Energy Management System will highlight the system requirements, hardware used in the solution and lessons learned from the network.
