On Thursday, the compay put out news announcing that by June 30, 2010 it had raised, through a private placement, just over $3.2 million of capital at a price of $0.10 per share.  The maximum offering of $6.0 million has been extended to July 30, 2010 or to an earlier date at the bank’s sole discretion.  The common stock is being sold by the bank’s officers and directors to accredited investors only.  The foregoing description of the private offering is qualified in its entirety by reference to First Sound Bank’s Notice to Shareholders dated July 6, 2010, a copy of which is included at the end of this news release.
