VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd (TSX-V:GQ) (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of May 9, 2017 it has commenced work with its joint venture partner Salam Mineau on the details of the mining and trucking business. The contribution of Salam Mineau as an active and experienced operator in the north is crucial in understanding how to develop that business, given the unique dynamics that prevail in that remote part of Mali. Therefore the costs associated with that business have not yet been determined.

The mining and trucking operations will start when the Company obtains the mining permit. The Company is currently working on an application for the mining permit, which includes a work program on the property, with a view to upgrade the current inferred resource to a measured and indicated status.
