RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Associa HRW congratulates Maire Burrell for earning the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
To receive the CMCA® certification, managers must complete the CAI Professional Management Development Program course, the M-100: Essentials of Community Association Management. This course covers topics ranging from facilities management and community government to risk management and financial management. Upon the completing the course and passing the exam, one must complete a comprehensive exam before earning the certification.
