Joining Hesley on the leadership team are James Giangarra, senior vice president of operations, and Lillian Rodolfich, vice president of accounting. Each leader has extensive experience in the Hawaiian market and will bring local expertise to Associa Hawaii.

President Doug Hesley brings with him, an extensive history in the hospitality industry, having held leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Harrah’s Resorts. He was most recently the CEO of Suite 360 and previously held key leadership roles at Turtle Bay Resort and Hilton Waikiki.
Senior Vice President of Operations James Giangarra joins the Associa family with years of experience in finance, IT and operations. He previously worked as the vice president of finance at Healthways, and before that, spent more than 16 years working in Honolulu as the executive director of regional IT finance with Kaiser Permanente.
Vice President of Accounting Lillian Rodolfich has more than 20 years of executive accounting experience in the real estate and airline industries. She was most recently the controller for Queen Lili’uokalani Trust and previously held leadership roles for Aloha Air and Alexander & Baldwin. Rodolfich has both her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
