WellStar Health System expands Best Upon Request concierge service to six additional hospitals

MARIETTA, GA., Sept. 13, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — It has been a big year for WellStar Health System. The organization has partnered with West Georgia Medical Center of LaGrange, Georgia, in addition to acquiring five Tenet Healthcare Corporation hospitals. Joining them in this expansion is Cincinnati-based Best Upon Request Corporate, Inc. (BEST). BEST, an on-site concierge service provider, is offered to WellStar team members as a benefit to demonstrate how much they are valued by their employer.

BEST first partnered with WellStar in 2009 to serve employees at Kennestone and Cobb Hospitals. In late 2015, the concierge program expanded to Douglas and Paulding Hospitals, as well as the WellStar Administration Building and WellStar Corporate Office. This year, BEST grew with WellStar, staffing seven concierges at six additional hospitals.

Each BEST office offers errand running services such as oil changes, shopping and food deliveries as well as traditional services such as event planning and information research. These services, available to all WellStar team members, reduce stress by helping employees balance the demands of their home and professional lives. As WellStar continues to expand, BEST’s services will be a standard employee benefit.
