Minot, ND , July 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bakken Water Transfer Services Inc. (OTC Pink: BWTX) is pleased to announced that it has billed $156,225.00 for water sales in the month of June 2016.    The BWTS client has pumped 770,000 bbls of surface water since June 10th from its Mountrail County permitted source. The company also announces today that it has extended its contract with the land owner on this source through June 15th 2019, and re-negotiated the agreement with more favorable terms for BWTS. An application for a new state permit was applied for and has been approved for 2.3 million bbls.

Bakken Water Transfer Services has also signed on two new water sources since June 1st, 2016 for a total of 14 Available water sources in the ND area. The company currently has 21 million bbls of surface water permitted and available for sale.

The company is currently seeking to acquire, manage and develop other water sources in the region in an effort to provide affordable pricing, lowering costs for shale producers affected by the lower price of crude oil.
