(“Company”), (NASDAQ:PROV), the holding company for Provident Bank (“Bank”), today announced that Provident Bank Mortgage, a division of the Bank, will initially be the EXCLUSIVE Wholesale Lender for the California Housing Finance Agency (“CalHFA”).
