It’s hard to say what is going on here, but CLST Holdings is up 141% on volume that is higher than normal, although not terribly material when you consider this price of the stock is only $0.0174. And that is after is increased by 141.6% today. That is up from the sub-penny price of $0.0072.

I always keep my eye on these seemingly dormant stocks that trade a bit here and there. Sometimes huge promos come into some of these otherwise apparently inactive stocks.
