Trio Resources, Inc. Experiences Increase in Activity Showing Strong Upturn and Rally After Punishing Winter

Trio Resources, Inc. (“Trio” or the “Company”) (OTCBB: TRII) announces significant progress in the implementation of its 100T/day Ball Mill, and in the development of crushed high-grade mineralized material to be milled.

The record-breaking winter weather of 2013/14 forced several delays to the Company’s operating plans. We are pleased to announce that we have been able to overcome prior obstacles, and regain momentum in the execution of our business plan. With the implementation of our new milling facility drawing near, the Company plans to capitalize on high-grade mineralized material crushed via the Resource Valuation program led by Golder Associates.

The Company would further like to announce that it has received private placements, which are viewable under Form D of the Company’s SEC filings. We are encouraged that these positive events will situate Trio in a capacity to excel across a number of potential future projects and initiatives.

“The escalation and progress of a number of key projects are essential to positioning Trio to propel itself forward,” stated Duncan Reid, CEO of Trio Resources, Inc. “We have made it through our toughest winter, and have hit the ground running on a number of fronts. We are all very galvanized and excited to behold what we can accomplish in the coming months.”
