There’s another high volume trader out there. Although this one has fallen fast at the open, the fat lady says there is too much money behind it to start singing. Two hours into the market day the stock is down 90% on volume of over 18 million shares traded. Buys and sells are about even with about 49% buy orders and the remaining as sell orders.
They put news out today:

KleanGas Energy Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: KGET) announced the Company acquired a Worldwide Exclusive Patent Pending Oxy-Hydrogen Generator Technology for all Types of Gas and Diesel Internal Combustion Engines.
KleanGas President William Wylie announced the company has completed the acquisition for the worldwide exclusive license of the KleanGas Oxy-Hydrogen Generators from Company Founder Dennis Klein. The Patent Pending Technology will allow KleanGas to manufacture the generator systems for use in most Gasoline and Diesel Internal Combustion Engines, for cleaner burning, reduced emission, and improved mileage for most types of engines used in automobiles, trucks, construction equipment, locomotives and seagoing vessels.
The technology is based on the real-time production of oxy-hydrogen, in which hydrogen and oxygen are generated on demand and introduced into the combustion engine. The system produces hydrogen and oxygen and both gases are then injected directly into the air intake of the engine. In the engine, the oxy-hydrogen acts to alter the combustion profile of the fossil fuel such that the chemical energy is released at a more auspicious point in the power cycle, resulting in greater adiabatic efficiency and lower emissions. By converting more chemical energy into mechanical energy, the engine operator is able to reduce fuel consumption and dramatically lower harmful exhaust emissions (CO, PM, HC, NOx).
Tier 3 Vehicle Emission and Fuel Standards Program
The proposed Tier 3 program is a comprehensive approach, considering the vehicle and its fuel as an integrated system, aimed at addressing the impacts of motor vehicles on air quality and public health. The program proposes to set new vehicle emissions standards and lower the sulfur content of gasoline beginning in 2017. The proposed vehicle standards would reduce both tailpipe and evaporative emissions from passenger cars, light-duty trucks, medium-duty passenger vehicles, and some heavy-duty vehicles. The proposed gasoline sulfur standard would enable more stringent vehicle emissions standards and would make emissions control systems more effective. The Kleangas Oxy-Hydrogen Generator system is expected to be available to end users, fulfilling compliance with the Tier 3 Emission requirements prior to the mandated 2017 deadline.
